The BF Goodrich expansion added 21,100 square feet to an existing facility, consisting of a structural steel frame, concrete tilt-up veneer panels, metal siding and metal roofing.  Also included in the project is a new 9,500 square foot structural steel mezzanine in the exiting building, along with 1,800 square feet of renovation to existing spaces.
