The Washington State Patrol Seattle Crime Lab project is a comprehensive tenant improvement on two floors of a city-owned building.  The work includes interior build-out, lab casework, hoods, extensive central and tenant HVAC improvements, electrical, minor structural repair, floor leveling and plumbing.  The total floor area is approximately 46,000 square feet.  The building is an older structure that has undergone several previous tenant improvements.  At one time the building housed a meat packing facility, and also survived a plane crashing into it in the early 1940’s.
