Rigorous controls and excellent relationships with subcontractors enabled Strand Hunt Construction to beat an aggressive, 90-day schedule without disrupting operations. Coordinating closely with Host Marriott and Starbucks, Strand Hunt value engineered the project, integrating imported casework and a multitude of exotic finishes to meet all budget constraints. The project opened ahead of schedule, to enthusiastic reviews by the owners, architect, and interior designer.
