A two-story, 100,000 square foot medical facility and logistics building.
 

The McChord Clinic replacement project ultimately replaced several buildings that housed the 62^nd Medical Group.  A new 76,000 SF, two-story medical clinic and a 23,000 SF design/build, pre-engineered logistics building were constructed to consolidate the all of the services of the medical group.  The buildings are constructed of concrete foundations and slab, structural steel framing with pre-finished metal siding and roofing, and a brick façade.  Strand Hunt’s performance garnered another OUTSTANDING rating from the Corps of Engineers.
