The $8 million Undersea Warfare Engineering Center is the administrative hub of the Navy installation at Keyport.  The 76,000-sf structure was designed in steel, with open, clear span interior floors and precast concrete exterior panels.  It features a cellular deck that includes over 5,000 electrical insets on each of the building's two floors, providing maximum flexibility in the interior electrical and computer configuration.  The first floor of the building houses a large, raised floor computer center.
